The office serves as a welcoming and supportive hub for individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds residing in the region. With a focus on fostering spiritual growth, community engagement, and cultural integration, the office will try to provide significant information to the foreign residents. Through pastoral counseling, cultural orientation, and various religious education, the office strives to create a sense of belonging and connection within the vibrant tapestry of the Archdiocese of Saigon. Whether newcomers seeking guidance or long-term residents in search of fellowship, the office stands as a beacon of compassion and understanding in the journey of faith and cultural adaptation.
Our Team
As appointed by Archbishop Joseph Nguyễn Năng, Fr. Joseph Đào Nguyên Vũ and Fr. David Rolo, FMVD serve as the leader and main contact of this office.
